"Hello! Thank you for stopping by. My name is Justus. My journey in healthcare started with me working at an AFH as a caregiver where I fell in love with the job. I told myself that one day I would want to own a home where I could provide compassionate care to my residents and create a peaceful, vibrant living space where residents could thrive. I started with my Home Care Aide license, then became a CNA and supported patients in the hospital through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Eventually, I went back to school for my RN and later BSN. My experience as a nurse started in 2021, working primarily in geriatrics at Skilled Nursing Facilities in Pierce and King County before moving to the ICU to gain further experience. I have always wanted to give back to my community and hence the reason I find pleasure in serving. I enlisted for 4 years in the Washington Army National Guard and currently serve as an officer in the Army Reserves. I also donate my time and resources to various community organizations that I am a part of."
